Judy is a second-year dermatology resident at Henry Ford Health in Detroit. She grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and went to the University of Illinois at Chicago before heading to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for her MD/MPH. Judy has a growing passion for dermatolopathology and will be applying for dermatopathology fellowship this upcoming academic year. She is also very interested in migrant dermatology given her global public health background; she hopes to increase access to dermatologic care in refugee and migrant camps as part of her future career.  In her free time, Judy loves spending time with her husband (a neuroradiologist), her friends, and her family. When she’s not in clinic or writing the Dermatopathology Question of the Week, you can find her cycling on the Peloton, tending to her growing garden outdoors, or trying out a new recipe from her stack of cookbooks!
