Josh is currently a 4th year student at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine who previously completed a research year at Weill Cornell Medicine. He grew up on Long Island in New York and studied Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Cornell University. Between college and medical school, Josh fell in love with dermatology while working as a derm medical assistant. He is interested in rheumatologic and complex medical dermatology, as well as in dermatologic surgery and the intersection between global health and derm. In his free time, Josh likes to explore New York City (especially the food), run, ski, and spend time with his family, friends, and dog.
