Courtney is a third year medical student at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Born and raised in California, she attended the University of California, Berkeley for her undergraduate education, where she graduated with a major in Nutritional Sciences: Toxicology and minors in Global Public Health and Data Science: Statistics. At Berkeley, she fell in love with research and explored clinical, data science, epidemiology, and qualitative research. Courtney's main research interests are inflammatory skin diseases, health disparities, and intimate partner violence intervention in healthcare. In her free time, she enjoys weight training, making tea/matcha, and exploring NYC!
