​Alanna is a second-year medical student at Albany Medical College in Albany, New York. Originally from upstate New York, she earned her B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Marist University, where she also minored in Chemistry and Psychology. Before beginning medical school, Alanna gained valuable clinical experience working at a private dermatology practice and served as a part-time biology faculty member at her alma mater. She currently serves on the leadership board of her institution’s Dermatology Interest Group, contributing to monthly journal clubs and dermatology grand rounds. Outside of medicine, Alanna enjoys exploring new restaurants, hiking, and spending time with her cat, Binks.
