Salma is a third-year medical student at The Ohio State University College of Medicine with interests in inflammatory skin conditions and skin of color dermatology. She grew up in Columbus Ohio and earned a B.S. in Human Nutrition at Ohio State. She was first exposed to dermatology during her M1 year and is excited to continue exploring the field. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her big family + cats, traveling, baking, and trying out new restaurants.​
